Two membership draws per week on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Members need to be in the club before the draw which happens between 6.15pm and 6.40pm to claim the draw. They start at $150 and jackpot by $150 each week for 12 weeks unless struck! When struck the start at $150 again and on the 12 week what ever the draw is worth they must be won….

We will be hosting teams from around the North Island in our Annual JK Memorial NZ Masters Invitation 8 Ball Pairs Tournament over the weekend of February 18 and 19th, a great big thank you to our organisers who come through for us every year with this event. Rob Anderson, Rod Foster and Nev Savage. Come along and support our Club members competing.
The Golf Adjunct’s next trip away is on Saturday 11th February to Linton. Spaces are still available on the board. The bus leaes at 8.30am sharp!
The Goldies annual trip in February is well underway. This year they are going to be staying in Taupo and have many activities planned for their time away.
Mystery entertainment…..
Some of our members who have visited the club recently will notice that there has been activity in the Gaming Room. We recently applied to the local District Council for more machines and were pleased when we received confirmation that we were granted 6 more to take our total to 18 Gaming machines.
Come along and see our new gaming lounge.
To become a member simply call in to the club or download our application form and fill in and return to the club.
Membership costs only$57.50 per annum for a single member or $102.00 for a couple.

For every alcoholic and non alcholic purchase from the bar you get 4% as loyalty points on your membership number. This does not include off sales. When you have accumulated enough points you can redeem them on purchases from the bar. The bar staff will ask you for your membership number or you can give them your membership card to swipe this will ensure your points are accumulated against your number.
Earn 1000 loyalty points simply by joining a new member. Once their application has been processed your account will be credited with $10-00.

Following the Rotary Club’s fundraiser quiz night on 13th April held at the Club; Bill Moyle the Caterer from our own Restaurant “Sorrisi on Elizabeth” presented a cheque to Steve for $1650. Bill and his team worked for free and donated the total proceeds of the meals on the Quiz night to the Christchurch appeal. What a fantastic effort.
